Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all premium features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier when the subscription expires

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your BlushFolio account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Billing
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

No need to contact support - you can cancel anytime yourself!

3. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in the billing period

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Annual subscriptions have a 7-day money-back guarantee
  • Request a refund within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
  • After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available for early cancellation

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund (within the 7-day window for annual plans):

  1. Contact our support team through your dashboard
  2. Provide your subscription details and reason for refund
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  4. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

5. Downgrade Effects

When your subscription expires or is cancelled:

  • Your account will revert to Free tier limits
  • Existing content beyond Free tier limits will be preserved but not editable until limits are met
  • Premium features (custom domain, branding removal, etc.) will be disabled
  • Analytics data older than 7 days will no longer be accessible

Tip: Download your data before cancelling if you want a backup!

6. Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails:

  • We'll notify you via email
  • You'll have 7 days to update your payment method
  • We'll attempt to charge again after 3 days
  • After 7 days of failed payment, your subscription will be cancelled
  • Your account will downgrade to Free tier

7. Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Dashboard → Billing
  • Select your preferred plan
  • Complete the payment process
  • Your premium features will be restored immediately

8. Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your account:

  • Cancel any active subscriptions first
  • Go to Settings → Account
  • Click "Delete Account"
  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Warning: Account deletion is irreversible!

9. Pricing Changes

If we change our pricing:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Your current price is locked in until your next renewal
  • You can cancel before the price change takes effect
